Yep anyone who does not agree with anti gun nuts has lost the argument.

Recently there was similar incident where airport manager was not happy with passenger and he wanted police to arrest him. Fortunately the cop was smart and he knew what was legal and illegal and he advised the airport manager passenger had not broken any law and cannot be arrested just coz he wants it.

Similarly kid had not broken any laws which required him to be arrested in first place.
