The appointment letter/confirmation is the one that you are asked to print after scheduling. In your case it is the one sent to your email.

The CEAC confirmation letter is the DS160 which is not needed for a fiance visa.

Remember to bring your 2 copies of DS156, 2copies of DS157, and 1 copy of DS156k, and appointment confirmation as these will be asked upon entering the interview.

When scheduling online print (three copies of) the confirmation page. The email should be OK also if it lists the "vital" information.

Not sure what CEAC letter is, not something I have seen with the K-1 visa.

So when they say bring appointment letter they really mean bring confirmation page?

I noticed that there are dead links to printing appointment letter, but confirmation page is pretty clear. Is that really what I need?
