As you can see from my timeline the Texas Service Center received my I-129 application on November 11. I understand that TSC sends the K1 packet to California Service Center. My check has not cleared, I haven't received my first NOA and it's already been 2 weeks! I've noticed others send theirs to the TSC and it's transfered to CSC and they recieve their NOA1 about a week later. I've also read in other posts that some people mailed in their packets and somehow some Service Centers never recieve them, im just worried that my packet is floating around somewhere and that the CSC never received it. My nerves will rest once I know that the CSC has recieved my packet but until then how can I find out if it's been transfered to the CSC?

Honestly, the answer to you question is you cannot.... You have confirmation that That TSC received it, that is a positive. Just hang in there .....

Did you mail your package Certified, with the Green receipt return post card? I did to verify that they got the package.

Also consider that there is a holiday weekend since you sent the package in, this may slow things down by a few days.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

I sent it priority mail and have confirmation that they (TSC) received it. Just would like to know if it's been transfered to CSC. I'll continue to wait it out.

Thanks

At this point, since you know they did receive it, all you can do is hang in there and wait. Thanksgiving might have slowed things down a bit.

My check finally cleared! At least I can relax some knowing that my case was transfered to California Service Center. From looking at your replies and timelines for those filing in Texas it's taken alot longer for us to recieve our first NOA and for our check to clear (2-3 weeks) compared to the person who filed at the Vermont Service Center and got approved/NOA2 in only 7 days!

Good luck to each of you in this exhausting process.

If it is any consolation, my check cleared last friday and I received the snail mail notice on Saturday
