Me too :( I have been on AP for 8 weeks now crying.gif It is do depressing. We don't know when it is going to end. They don't tell any time frame and there is nothing we can do. All we can do is just sit back and wait. ClockWatch2.gifClockWatch2.gif

USCIS I-130 Petition for Spouse

September 2012: Filed from abroad to Chicago Lockbox

4 days later: NOA1, Routed to California Service Center

7 days later: Transferred because of new jurisdiction

5 days later: Case Status changed to: Under processing at USCIS office

NOA2 arrived 78 days after NOA1 :)

*I-130 Approval Notice hardcopy finally received in Pakistan, the only notice that arrived.

what is Administrative Processing? at what stage of the petition/visa does one get on Administrative Processing?

search the threads.. ap can be at any stage from nvc to the embassy, but most folks here are talking about the embassy

if you are worried about ap, check the india forum for clues

We were stuck in AP for a couple of weeks at the NVC. It is limbo..... nothing you can do, but wait....

Hang in there, hopefully it will be completed soon. :thumbs:
