Why you need the bank statement for? It's not required unless you're using it to show his assets for I-134. Just need Tax Returns, 1040s and/or W-2, pay stubs and Letter of Employment is all you need as supporting documents.

here's my problem my fiancee dont have bank statements cause he get paid directly thru his debit card so we dont have no bank statements or whatsoever to show to the USEM. What will i tell them?

A letter from his employer and recent pay stubs prove current income. If he is wanting to use the statements anyway, he should be able to have access to statements for his debit card.

A lot of people get direct deposit but your employer is still required to provide you with the pay stub detailing tax deductions, net pay, pay period, etc... he may not get a hard copy, my company sends them as a pdf document via email to save trees, all you would have to do is print the pay stub

he dont file taxes he get his income from SSD and annuity so its not taxable. what will i show to the USEM

His 1099 showing his disability amount. The statements from his debit card showing the direct deposits. A statement that his income is non-taxable so he is not legally required to file taxes.
