Some can finish it in the morning for the 2nd day. Around 2 hours minimum. I suggest you get there early bc sometimes it depends on your case on how long they will process your results. I arrived there at 11am and got my results at 3pm. I was waiting with a guy who arrived at 7:30 and he got his results at 2pm. Good luck with your wait :)

Occasionally, the medical can be completed in one day if St. Lukes is not busy. However, I wouldn't count on it. It usually takes two days.

The amount of time it takes on the second day depends on how busy St. Lukes is.
