Couldn't help but laugh out loud. While reviewing the timeline now, I note this;

"Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between December 29, 2013 and January 30, 2014*."

Really?? How could this be since today is 01/30/2014 already??rolleyes.gif

I suspect you're right, and while I'm happy for anyone who manages to get through this stage, I'm ready to rage out at USCIS themselves. This disorder is making things harder for the people still waiting, because they have no idea when to expect action. Being able to cling to any vague notion of when all this would be over was a comfort, and everyone (perhaps, I suppose, aside from those at CSC) is being denied that now. April still has a third of filers languishing at TSC, May has two thirds left, but June only has half. What on earth are they doing over there?

Separate note... June's transfer sheet was rattled to pieces this morning. I've restored a previous version, but everyone please verify your information is correct: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Anpi244OAt_IdDBlVllzeFdwSWxqamJFLUxaNjJzUGc#gid=0

If you have a change to make, please submit it using this form: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1PdD-cOUFDQ4Si9cqY9vQZ5kmcgoQz7YizjqiGFWReqE/edit OR if you prefer, feel free to add your info directly to the sheet at the bottom of the list, that way no one else's information is affected. I'll move entries to make them chronological as needed. Thank you all!

This is what makes me think that the majority of filers for August will go to CSC, this will even out the "average" time.

Filed June 28, Transferred to TSC on Dec 27.

My wife called last week to USCIS. The tier 2 told her that their target date to review our application was Feb 13. I did not know they even have target dates.... how often will they be meeting this dates?

She called again today and the tier 2 told her that they are looking at our application in this moment.....

This is gonna be a weekend of checking my email inbox every five minutes!!!!
