Wow !!!! Thank you for this link !!!!

So we will be approved within 15 days!!!!!!

Premium Processing Requires Additional Feesbut we don't pay a fee????

The letter says "IF you submitted Premium Processing". It does not say they will process your petition in 15 days. I think it's just a generic addition to all notices.

"Premium Processing Service provides expedited processing for certain employment-based petitions and applications."

I don't mean to sound harsh, I just think people are misunderstanding the bottom of the notice.

I think he's right though. The man's got a point. It's so hard for us model, honest, responsible citizens to bring our loved ones to live here. But it seems so easy for the illegals to gain status. Or better yet, not deported if they are not criminals.

Kinda funny, right?

I live in New York so Chuck Schumer is one of my Senators (main author of the US Immigration Reform Bill for those who don't know). I wrote him yesterday regarding the mess of our cases being transferred around but also urged him to consider adding family visas (fiance and spouse specifically) to the immigration bill. I also provided him the VJ website so that he can read some of our experiences and get a better idea of what a horribly inefficient process this is. It won't have any affect on us, but hopefully one of his staffers takes a look at this site and convinces Schumer to address this process and help future applicants of fiance and spouse visas. The best we can hope for is that he puts some pressure on the Texas Service Center to complete processing of our I-129Fs in a timely manner.

Immediate relative has not cap. I think that is the main reason they have to make the process slow. But I believe this long process make fiancées from countries not participate in Visa waiver somewhat harder. We are less likely to see each other during the whole process.

The line above says:

"Please read the following information if you submitted a Premium Processing application or petition:"

Im thinking that this only applies to you if you pay the enormous amount of money for this expedited service.

Which isn't even available to K1 petitions. (Unfortunately?)

When I read this. Does this mean that I should get an approval/denial/RFE anywhere between these dates?

Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between July 30, 2013 and August 4, 2013* (RFEs at the Vermont Service Center typically add an extra 29 days, which has been added to the estimated processing time).
