When NVC will contact again ?

hi, since we paid AOS and IV ( 2 weeks ago), and we sent AOS package to NVC we have not heard back from NVC , is it normal ?

no, not yet , we just sent AOS we will send IV as soon as we receive the package from foreign country ( france)

I think NVC they have not reviews AOS package to generate a checklist for the other package, i thought they may send an Email as soon as they received the first package im not waiting them to contact me to send the second package , i'm just wondering why we got nothing in Email

AOS and IV are separate tracks at the NVC that have no bearing on each other.

If you wait for the NVC to email you, you will mostly likely be waiting for a long time (unnecessarily I might add). What you need to do is check the payment portal and see if the IV bill has been invoiced or not.

yes, i dont wait NVC to contact me to send any package, i paid both fees , both fees shows as paid , i sent AOS package , and still waiting for the documents to come from france to send the second package (IV), i'm just wondering why NVC they have not emailed us , no real CHECKLIST , no false checklist, nothing , i think because they have not reviews yet the first package to ask for the second package i'm right?

Not everyone gets the false checklists and real checklists are not something you want to get.
