Boiler....i need some help i know you are very very much familiar of the law.this is for one of my mate he is from pakistan stayed in UK for 4 years for study purposes,he got a police caution 3 years ago for false representation,thats the only thing he have in his police record,he never been to court or prision.police constable gve him caution on police station.as i can see that false representation comes in (CIMT).just to clear that thats the only thing is in his police record..he has applied for the IR1 visa.what are the chances?do you think he will be in trouble or caution is ok.please need your opinion.....thanks in advance

hi, every one.we are all not listing any news from AP process.what is going on .only waiting.i want to ask one question when they start update our cases how many time they update .then take decision .anybody can explaine how many time their cases update until now.any news any update.

ali2971..how are you brother?hows life going?where are you nowadays?looks like you got the visa or any good news?iam tired now waiting and doing nothing is not helping at all.iam just waiting for them to ask for fresh documents so i can send them and ask them to send my passport so i can go middleast or malaysia for job purpose because its use less to wait...i need your help as you stayed in malaysia hows job ratio and pay there?what do you prefer middleast or malaysia..please reply thanks in advance

Hello slam alkum virgo. i am fine and hope you will be same.i am still in Pakistan . my wife says stay in pakistan fro two three month also she got idea to visit pakistan stay with me on eid .

i am try to busy my self i am try to rejister political party in pakistan . that one i have idea long time ago. i am also still in process. not yet receive visa . but i got visa of malaysia for three years so i can stay for a while .Malaysia will be ok for you but i am doing business their i do,t have any experience of job before. but according to me Malaysia will be ok .for more information call me dear 03218171976

Certainly something he should discuss with his Lawyer, the devil is in the details.

What do you mean by Public Record? Does he have other records?

thanks for your kind response boiler but his wife is doing all his paper work without the help of lawyer.they searched every where over the internet and on uk local forums regarding that caution but result comes that

"A caution is not a criminal conviction, but it could be used as evidence of bad character if you go to court for another crime."

i mean not public record but its police record so if you read post once again you find the correct sentence.thanks any way if you have more detail than please share with me...
