My Fiancee will be attending an interview in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. She has read somewhere in a blog about a letter describing how we met,..basically our story. I cannot find anything about it. :(

All I can find is that a letter of intent is good both with the I-129, and to have a fresher dated copy at the interview. Is anyone else including a "personal" letter, for the interview?

How you met is a question on the I-129F form. Not a letter. You just answer it with a couple sentences.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

As far as I remember, I did not bring to the interview any letter describing how we met. We did explain that when we sent the papers for the i129f applications.
