IR1/CR-1 spouse visa

hello everyone i am the beneficiary of IR1/CR-1 visa i have 6 years old daughter to my past relationship now my husband he also petition my daughter but the petition to her is not adopted so what kind of visa to my 6 years old daughter actually we still waiting the noa2 almost 10 months now me and my daughter have separate filing so i am just worried now if possible to denied my daughter coz she did not adopted pls help give me idea about this

everytime i edit my timeline i cant save its show fix the error all my dates is correct

Why did you file them separately? Did you not set them together?

Also make sure that you have consent from the father OR show proof that you have full custody of your child. She doesn't need to be adopted by her step father (unless that's something you want to pursue) but you need to show you can move with her freely at the NVC and consulate/embassy.

Jenny, your daughter doesn't have to be adopted by your husband..there's no reason your daughter will be denied

Delays maybe inevitable, but misery is optional!

Your daughter will get IR2/CR2 visa. Your husband is eligible to file a petition for her as a STEP-PARENT. He doesn't have to adopt her for the petition to be approved.

Yes its okay! He's her step-father and is allowed to petition her. :)
