I would wait about a week after they get it then call everyday to find out when your case complete is. If you need the checklist to get the police clearance, you can call asking if they've reviewed the IV package.

I have sent AOS Package and IV Package, Both of it.

They also got it both as per the courier company.

let's say, I will wait and after a week will start calling them to know when my case will get complete.

I will need to have something (like letter or so) from NVC or Consulate (to get PCC), and so you are saying that after they review my iV Package, I can ask for it, right? Overall how much time I am looking at?

I don't work for the NVC. I haven't a clue. If you need the checklist (NVC version of an rfe) to get the police clearance then it takes up to 20 business days for them to process to that point plus another 20 to process the police clearance if they want it to process vs you taking it to the embassy. It could be 5 days or it could be 20. Who knows?! Then it takes a few days to months to assign an interview date (see recent timelines in the June interview thread.) In general it normally only takes a month to get through NVC after you're assigned numbers. Took them 10 days total to review my IV package, 7 days to review my AOS and then another 4 to case complete. Then I waited over 2 weeks for an interview date while others waited a day or two. BUT I'm in Canada. You could advance search igors list for your consulate and get a better idea of time frames specific to you.

Thats good. Actually i was also confused regarding PCC, whether i should send PCC to NVC or not. but then i went to an Visa Agent who told me that In Gujarat, passport office is not issuing PCC without showing PCC CHECKLIST from NVC.

so at that time i get relaxed and i sent in my IV package without PCC. To confirm by myself, i sent an Email asking about PCC, within only 4 hours of sending Email, i got a reply saying that PCC is not required for NVC to complete the case, bring it at interview directly.

No, i didn't submit any originals to NVC. I had submitted only Notarised true copies of civil documents.
