Testing and Interview Status but Moving to another state

I got married to a USC and my husband filed i-130 and 1-485 in February. Today, I checked online status and it says

"Your I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS is now ready for interview scheduling. When scheduling is complete, you will receive a notice with a time and place for your interview...."

Does that mean i-130 is approved? Earlier, I got an RFE for i-485 because I did not submit my birth certificate with the package so I couldn't see i-130 and EAD case online. I submitted my birth certificate about 17 days ago and the status was chaged to 'Request for Evidence Review' then to 'Testing and Interview' this morning.

The only problem is we are moving!! My husband got a job in Dallas, TX and we are moving there in about a week as his first day of work is May 13th. I know I am supposed to report chage of address after we move within something like 10 days. If the interview appointment letter is sent after I move and report the change of address does that mean they will automatically move our case to Dallas? If I get the letter in my hand before we get to move can I have my interview in Dallas instead? In fact, should I do that? My husband doesn't want to miss a day at work but wherever we are he is going to any way any state.

Moved from AOS from Family Based Visas to AOS from Work, Student, & Tourist Visas. Concurrent filing of an I-130 and an I-485 starts the AOS process from one of the previously mentioned visas.

You may not get the letter until after May 13, so I would recommend making an Infopass appointment as soon as possible before you move, if it's possible.

Your I-130 is not yet approved. It will be decided at your interview.

Only the office that has jurisdiction over your place of residence can adjudicate your case. Until May 13, that is where you live now. After that, it is TX. If you were to get an interview appointment for after May 13 at your old place, you will have to reschedule the appointment and inform them of your moving. Moving in the middle will probably delay your case a bit because they are sending the file over to your current office and you will not be able to have an interview there (usually they schedule them a month out, not a few weeks). They will have to send your file to TX. Unfortunately, they only accept change of address after you move (that is kind of lame). Hopefully they won't schedule you yet at what will be the wrong office, Good luck.
