As this is not a K-1 process issue your question has been moved to AOS forums.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

I don't have personal experience with this but it is my understanding that if you did not comply with the terms of the K-1 (marrying within 90 days) then the ability to adjust status based on the K-1 is voided. You will need to file the I-130 and I-485 along with all the associated items (see the guides for concurrent filing).

You cannot adjust status based on the K-1 if you did not marry within the required 90 days. You will need to file the I-130 and follow this guide > http://www.visajourney.com/content/i130guide2
