I am just curious to know if you can do the k-1 process again with the same person or what different needs to be done? Will it be more difficult?

My situation is she came here after being approved.. entered the U.S on her k-1 visa but in the time we had... we werent ready to get married but we still love each other and want to be together.. it just wasnt the right time for marriage although we thought it was. Either way, it didn't end bad and she left before the 3 months were up.. so she did not break any of the rules.

I don't think so, as you did everything by the rules. You weren't able to get married within 90 days, so she left before the 90 days. Now you're ready to get married, so you got married and applying for CR-1. I don't see any problems with that. They might just ask why you didn't get married the first time, etc.

You can file for K1 or CR-1. They will ask her about the previous filing at the interview but as you say, she did nothing wrong, so other than a few extra questions at the interview, there should be no problem.

There is a waiver that needs to be filed for multiple K1's . The actually wording is unclear if a second K1 for the same person falls under that rule. The safe bet is to include a waiver like request but state that you believe that the waiver is not needed as it is to protect the intending immigrant for spouse dumpers ( USC who marry then dunp immigrants ) and you are filing for the same person ( we filed such a statement )

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
