Good day, :) Emergency question. My mom has an insufficient income so we are asked to have a joint-sponsor. The problem is my mom lived with her good friend(the co-sponsor) when our papers were submitted to the embassy. On july 2012 my mom moved out to another house although just a few blocks away from her friend. When we had our interview, whatever papers we had to file or submit the address that was written was the current one.

What do you think is the best to submit? I-864 or I-864A. Your answers would mean a lot us, Thank you and God bless. :)

I-864, even if they still live together, unless one of them claims the other on taxes as dependant.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
