Hello guys,

everyone here is so amazing and helpful! I have been calling DMV all day but they just disconnect my call each time with a recorded voice! :(

If I have a European Union drivers licence, do I need to take the written and behind the wheel test here? Or do I just apply for a US (FL) licence by showing them my EU one?

Depends on your state. Some countries have reciprocal agreements with certain states where all you need is to show your legal immigration status and ID and you get a license. Others have to start from scratch.

I am the USC who brought my fiancé here on a K1,  who's now a USC and is now filing for his mother - whose case just got approved :)
