Ok, so as the topic says, I'm about to mail the petition and I'm a bit paranoid about forgetting to include something. Can you guys help me out by going through my list with me?

Here's what I got:

Cover letter

Check to homeland security for $340

G-1145

I-129f

Question 18

My G-325a

My 2 passport photos

His G-325a

His 2 passport photos

Copy of my original birth certificate & copy of my certified birth certificate

Copy of his certificate of divorce

Copies of airline boarding passes since Xmas 2009 (wrote full dates of trips on the pages)

1 photo of us from each visit dating back to our first meeting in July 2006 (wrote names, places taken and dates on them)

Is there anything I'm forgetting or need/should include? I know I'm being paranoid, but I like to refer to it as thorough. :)

And this would be why I posted. I had the letters of intent in the wrong stack of paperwork. Lol. All fixed now.

As for the certificate of divorce, I thought this is what was needed for him. When they officially divorced in 2008, this was the only document he received. If it makes a difference, the divorce was completed without lawyers. They both signed papers and filed them at the court for $500.

I believe the certificate of divorce from the courts in Canada is all you need.

You mentioned boarding passes. Do either of you have stamps in your passport from visiting? I know they do not stamp them when crossing the border between the US and Canada, but not sure if they stamp them when traveling on a plane. If they do, send copies of the stamps that correspond to the dates on your boarding passes.

I thought you only needed 1 passport style photo? Or is it 2??

Good catch!

One passport photo of the petitioner and one passport photo of the beneficiary, labeled and packaged as described in the GUIDES.

Of our many flights to and from, he only got stamped once in 2008, unfortunately he had to renew his passport and no longer has the old one. I have never been stamped.

As for the 2 passport photos, I swear I read that somewhere, but maybe I just got confused because when you get them, you get 2. So good catch.

Whats the Question 18 about? I working on mys k1

Question 18 is on the I-129f form. It's about how you met within the last two years. Because we had quite a few visits, I didn't have room in the box to write it all out so I took the advice on this forum and typed it out on a separate page and wrote in the box "see attached page".
