Today received a 3rd email from USCIS and a update:

The I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

First two mails were: 1. transferred 2. transferred to local office

nyway, i am still waiting for the hardcopy of the email... m not sure, but can be at CSC

Ummm.. i can't figure out why there is no 3rd mail in some of the cases, because when i have checked few numbers randomly (near to my number MSCxxxxxxxxx), all of those cases has the same updated case status as mine (i.e. they are being processed now).

Not sure, may be they all belong to one service centre (can be CSC) , and this particular service centre has already started some work on the files.

Although m not sure what this status mean, I wish this should be very near to the approval thing. :)

were u filled in india or usa

check the post mail u will get the transfer notice

in that it will be mentioned the service center name the file transfered

Hi all

New member here. NOA1 date 9th April. Really hoping to hear something before Christmas. It's frustrating becuase a friend of mine had a NOA1 in August and already has an interview date of 13th December through DCF... If only my missus had resided in the UK for 6 months before we filed.
