Hi everyone,

My case: I'm the beneficiary.

I've been preparing the documents and realized that...

I-130 needs two (2) passport photos of beneficiary and G-325A for beneficiary.

I-485 needs two (2) passport photos of beneficiary and G-325A for beneficiary.

I-765 needs two (2) passport photos of beneficiary

I-131 needs two (2) passport photos of beneficiary.

These are all different forms, so do I need two photos for each form?

What about G-325A for I-130 & I-485? Can I turn in just one G-325A of mine?

Can I send I-130 & I-485 together?

I'm planning to send I-130, I-485, I-765 and I-131 together.

(of course I will include cover letter)

please advise!

You don't need all these documents at the same time.

Have your petitioner fiancé Read the Guides and manage the process.

Phil (Lockport, near Chicago) and Alla (Lobnya, near Moscow)

As of Dec 7, 2009, now Zero miles apart (literally)!

If you mean you're applying for the K-1 you can't use the I-130, which is for spouses, and so you're applying for the I-129F (Petition for Alien Fiancé(e)). I don't know if you're getting married prior to the petition or not.

There's that smell again...

**** Moving from K1 fiance visa to AOS from Work Visa as OP is on an E visa. OP: PLease stop posting all over the place, you will get answers that are wrong for you if you post in sections that do not apply to you as each visa process is different. ok dokie - so since you're submitting all together, treat each thing as seperate, no mixing, no assuming what counts in 1 set will be used in another set.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
