your timeline from NVC recieved your documents to case complete was pretty fast congrats

I would say better send originals. In my part i requested multiple copy of original docs. It cause a bit of money but it pays off. I got no problem with my NVC (thanks God)

Good luck with your Journey :-)

smile.png since our noa2 was approved from nebraska unlike from csc which is faster, you need to wait 4-6 weeks from shipped date to get your case number and invoice number.. well i hope soon but u know much holidays this month, did you get a hard copy of your noa2? for now i suggest gather all the documents u need to submit to nvc... beneficiaries' NBI, BC, MC, 2x2 pics and send it to the petitioner in US smile.png(if he/she is in the PH). what i did was i send it via regular mail cost me P40 only using NBI's envelope put all the documents and husband got it after 15 days,, biggrin.png atleast i did not spent P2000+ via fedex lol just hope that it will not get lost,, anyways after few days since husband got it NVC emailed our case number and payment for aos fee so all the documents are ready, i just hope we will not get RFes. rolleyes.gif....for now i'm just waiting for NVC to release vb for january 2014,,, hoping for the bestluv.gif

Yeah. Since your PD is Sep 23 and as per January VB cut off date is 8th Sep. so you need to wait till new VB released and cut off dates be after 23rd Sep.

So keep your finger crossed you may be lucky in next bulletin.

Don't worry. Read the forum and prepare the necessary documents in advance. This will help you in the future to approve case in the shortest time. If you are ready, it will be able to take as little as 2 months.

Hard luck my friend.

Another member DSCR did get the NVC process going with a Case complete even though member's PD is Sep 11th (Cut off as per VB is Sep 8th). But don't lose heart. If your PD meets NVC's Qualifying date which i believe is beyond Sep 8th (else NVC wouldn't have processed DSCR's case) they will process or in other words NVC will know the Qualifying date much more earlier than the cut off date and process. I hope the wait for you is not more than 1-2 months.
