None.

But when you receive your visa and visa packet, you will be required to pay the new USCIS Immigrant Visa Fee of $165 per applicant. An instruction on how to pay will be included in the packet. It has to be paid before the beneficiary (and derivatives, if applicable) flies to the US.

What you said is not true. The $165 fee is NOT a requirement before traveling to the U.S.

New USCIS Immigrant Fee

Effective February 1, 2013, all individuals issued immigrant visas overseas must pay a $165.00 USCIS Immigrant Fee before traveling to the United States. Only prospective adoptive parents whose child(ren) is/are entering the United States under either the Orphan or Hague Process, Iraqi and Afghan special immigrants who were employed by the U.S. government, returning residents, and those issued K visas are exempt from the new fee. The below USCIS website has more details on the new fee, including contact information for USCIS, if there are further questions:

That's a long time ago. Now, 2GO is the official courier of US Embassy Manila. They won't charge extra for the visa delivery.

Visa delivery is within 7-10 working days.

My family left Dec 2011 and didn't pay for the visa delivery fee. A friend of mine left March 2013 and didn't pay for visa delivery too.

Yeah, everyone can bring money at the interview, I never said one shouldn't.

Just saying too. :innocent:
