Hello, one big Question that has me concerned for my husband I 130. Im thr petitioner. I know for a part they are asking for TAX TRANSCRIPTS from the last 3 recent years.... well i only have ONE from last year. Since its been exactly a year since i came back to the US. Since i was in mexico since i was 16. If you can please help me out. Thanks!

You need to supply a letter of explanation with documentation proving you have only been back for one tax year filing.

You might want to prepare to find a co-sponsor if you really meant the I-134 for the Embassy Interview. Hard to tell based on what you wrote.

Only the most recent year is required to be sent in with the affidavit of support. You need the information from the last 3 years to put on the I-864 itself. However, the I-864 instructions clearly state that if you did not file taxes in any of those years to include a statement as to why you were not legally required to do so.
