Hi I am from China and this time came to USA on 20th,March,2013 with turiost visa and my fiance and I will get married on 25th,May,2013 during my 6 months visit in USA.But I noticed online that I am not supposed to get married with turiost visa.

What can I do now?Should I not get married this time and come back to China or I can get married?If I get married,how am I supposed to apply for green card?

My tourist visa is 1 year valid since June,2012 to June 2013.I came to USA in June 2012 to stay about 6 months in USA and then i came back to china for 2 months and now came to usa again.

I was interviewed this time by US customs when I entered USA this time.The officer questioned me about why i came to USA so ofter and stayed in USA for 6 months for 3 times and came bakc to china for only 2 months.And they found out that i will get married this time during my visit to USA.But they still let me know and issue me 6 months stay in USA this time.

Yu can get married if you want on this trip however you will still need to return to china while your cr1 petition is processed. Note you will need to be In china for the medical and interview.

You will need a CR1 visa. See the guides at the top of this page. You can certainly get married in the USA as planned but you should return to China at (or before) the end of your permitted stay. Your spouse can file the I130 petition while you are still in the US to minimize the time that you will have to be apart.

Perhaps. It depends on whether any notations were made in the passport. That the OP didn't mention any doesn't mean they are not there.

Yup, this is the sticky bit.

I've read about something written in the I-94 or stamped in the passport, reading 'NO AOS allowed' or similar wording.

So, for the OP, if there was no annotation or stamp anywhere with the acronym 'AOS' ???

You could actually file for a green card via the Adjustment of Status procedure.

Many will claim it's visa fraud, but so many people are allowed to do it with USCIS without problems.

I dont think so.

Put it this way I have seen several threads where people have had this annotation and still adjusted and I have seen none where they have had a problem.

I do not think CBP have the power to do this, more a warning? Or a suggestion!

What situation is "this situation"? Are you saying you've seen people be successful adjusting status with a NO AOS notation by CBP in the passport? I get that they don't have the final word on this but that notation DOES change the risk level. We don't yet know whether there was any such notation.
