Dear All

Especially Visa Journey Site Help Lot People All Over The World And The Senior Member Who Give Clear Picture Of Case .

The Person Follow Vj Right Direction To Safe And Money And Time.

Due To Above Fact I Got GC On Spouse Basis Last Month On 27-Feb-2013 Total Time Consume Six Month .

My Prime Is Question My Mother Who Is Widow Age 65 Year Has Multiple Five Year Visa The Old Lady has to Visited Some Time Twice From PAKISTAN To UNITED STATES OF AMERICA .

And Immigration Officer Give Only Six Month Entry And Mother Like Stay More With Us .

Please Is There Any Uscis /Immigration Law That Mother Get Green Card Before Me As I Love My Mother To Much Want Care Her Make Her Happy All Time To Resolve The Issue As She Become Ping Pong .

Timeline

There is no way for her to get a greencard as long as you are still a greencard holder yourself. Once you are a citizen, you can petition her for an immigrant visa and it will take about a year.

She must be careful not to overstay her tourist visa stays in the meantime- remember a tourist visa is to visit, not to live here.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Is any respectful member advice me how it possible that after one year I can get green card for my lovely mother ,as since last month feb 2013 I got green card on spouse basis .

Pls advice how I keep my mother with us as she widow and 65 year old any trick.
