been 238 days from NOA1 and I can't see even a tiny light from the NOA2. why we have to suffer from other people's fault and lack of considerations of our feelings? I pray for this NOA2 everyday but why I cant have it, seems that the more i pray, the more it gets far from me. Is it because DACA's filer is praying more than me? Why those people who filed after me got the approval first, it isnt fair right? I'm happy for them of course but why cant i be happy for ME? grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!! :crying:

Like all journeys it is up to you how you feel about it. Maybe look at the positives instead of negatives. I wouldn't spend to much time focusing on what a website says for processing, some will get done sooner and some will get done later. The next step is very fast, I would prepare everything #### the Philippines embassy has ability to do interviews within 1 week. I got caught unprepared and had to wait a month to get everything together for the interview.

Fairness has nothing to do with the immigration process. It's politically and economically driven: politically because at any point, a political interest such as DACA can trump anything else. Economically because there is a finite number of inspectors, regardless of caseload; for budget reasons there would not be more people hired.

None of us here have a bit of control over the above, thus is best to let go and take advantage of the time in productive ways.

Also, remember, it is not personal, no one is against you; it's just the high volume of petitions and the relative small amount of adjudicators. There are others here that have been in AP for more than 1 year.

I do so understand all - as myself & fiancee are now going thru with everyone along with you!! From =prior experience - many years ago - i also then brought someone thru the process. Then before any computers( making all speedier!!??) it then took 10 months for all to happen. Enen my future sister -in-law has now bgeen waithin for over 8 months for her noa2. Welcome to our speedy immigration services!! Ill add also every government is slow to act -these people get that pay check even if they dont work hard or even try to get things done quickly!! Its just the ways out government is set up to do. Sad -yet TRUE!! It will all come -just seems it takes forever!! Happy Waiting!!!! :crying: our givernment to its citizens= :bonk:

It's Obama's attempt at the Dream Act for children who were brought here illegally.
