filling petition for my mom,

q17 130 form

list of spouse and all children of your relative?, do i have to put my daughter's name she born in u.s if does what is the relationship and also my siblings

do i have to fill it out G325

do i have to sent my mom passport photos..

The form is asking to list the spouse and all children of your MOM. So you will put your name and the names of your brothers and sisters.

G325 is NOT required.

You will submit a copy of your NSO birth certificate to prove parent-child relationship.

You DON'T need to submit mom's pictures.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
