So after sending in the forms (AOS, EAD, AP), I realized that we wrote A6 instead of C9 on the EAD form. Now what? Can my husband try to call to change it? Do we just wait and see what happens? He has already gotten his NOA1 for all three forms. I now understand the implication of having A6 instead of C9, however I'm hoping USCIS realizes the EAD was filed concurrently with the AOS and processes it as such by granting the one year EAD card. Has anyone made this mistake? What was the outcome? :crying::crying:

I believe in the other instance I saw this the EAD was denied. You would then refile with the NOA1 from your AOS to waive the fee and put the correct code. I am not sure of the implications of filing for it now before you hear about the other one.

I wonder if we should go ahead and send in another application NOW with the right code and copy of the NOA1 for the AOS (to save time)?

I read somewhere else where someone got theirs approved for the one year with the mistake.... I know we may not be so lucky. :crying:
