Im planning to file K1 Visa this year..my fiancee use his ex husband last name....she is annulled already but all her documents, passport etc....is under his ex husband....one thing is she work abroad now.....my question is...is it necessarily to change her last name or all her documents back her maiden name before i file the K1 visa...what is the best thing to do? Ty

If her legal name is her married name from her ex husband, she may as well just leave it that way until she gets married again. She has no need to change her last name back to her maiden name before filing for I-129F.

May 02, 2013 - Sent off AOS, EAD, AP package

May 04, 2013 - Package arrived at Chicago lockbox

May 22, 2013 - Early walk in Biometrics, Alexandria VA

June 03, 2013 - RFE for AOS

June 17, 2013 - RFE response received

July 05, 2013 - EAD and AP approved

July 10, 2013 - EAD card production

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
