Can anybody reply, what's the further process if F2a spouse is in US without status but priority date current.

If you are out of status but PD current I suggest you to go back to your country and do Consular processing because for adjustment of status you should be in valid status.

If he leaves US he without adjusting status he can be stopped 3-10 years to come back because he's already out of status. If anybody have this kinda situation now

If he is out of status for less than 6 months that will be fine but if it's more than 6 months then he will be in problem. He has to wait till his spouse becomes US Citizen.

Thanks for info, Ya he's overstayed more than 18 months. Any other way than waiting for spouse to be citizen?? Can he apply for status adjustment from US?
