I had a visa with my future wife and I canceled this about 2 weeks ago. I made a mistake and I still want to proceed. How can I restart this Visa if at all possible. I thought this my lady was not being honest with me and i jumped to conclusions. My mistake, but i would like to move forward still with her. Any suggestions or help would be much appreciated. The visa was about three months in when i sent cancellations in.

I am assuming you meant you cancelled the petition to start the process?

Maybe the I-129F? If this is the case, you will need to start over. New petition, new fee.

Best of luck in your journey! :star:

Wow!, how far we're you in your process?

I'm guessing you'll have to start all over.

Assuming that your "visa" cancellation has been received and acknowledged by the USCIS, you really only have one option. Drop back and punt - that is, start the whole petition process "all over" again.

Once it has been cancelled, it cannot be revitalized, it is dead. Take this time to think things over, and then re-apply.
