Hi all,

I got my GC thro. my spouse who is a USC and my POE was on June 3rd 2010. Last year I removed my condition and now I am planning to go for USC. Have a doubt here.I traveled to my hometown last year for 3 Weeks. To my knowledge,the window to submit the application will be on March 3rd (90 days before the 3rd year anniversary).

My question is whether the 3 Weeks period should be considered and submit the application on a later date or I can submit the application on Mar 3rd itself ??.

You can submit it 90 days before the 3 year anniversary of being a permanent resident. No need to add the 3 weeks because you traveled.

It's 90 days, not three months- the earliest you can submit is March 5th. Holidays abroad are ok so you should be fine submitting then.
