hI EVERYONE,

So.. I dont know where to start. I came to USA with K-1 visa in July/2011 and got marriage in Sep/2011, so before the 90 days. We filed the I-485 and I765 in Oct/2011... biometrics dec-30-2011 and got EAD in January.. really fast! Nice... BUT MY HUGE problem.... my case (green card) was transferred to CSC to "speed up" the processing!! REALLYYYYY??? Ok.. I can wait.. I have my whole life with my wonderfull wife to wait this.. Sh$#$#!! but now... my FIRST EAD was expired in Dec/2012 and since that Im not working and I have to wait maybe 3 or more months for the new EAD that I filed in Dec/2012.. to get worse my second EAD was transferred to CSC as well... So... Im totally fu*(*$$.. at least I got the AP last month so I can go out to USA to visit my family!! I didnt care about my green card... its been 16 months waiting... and after I read here at VJ that lot of people had you GC in 6 months or less... now Im starting be upset!! My wife and I went to the USCIS in Minnesota and the lady was really nice and she helped me asking To csc some news about my case.... So After 3 weeks I got letter from CSC saying: "..we recognize your interest in a final adjudication on your pending application and are aware of the difficulties caused by any delay in processing. The CSC is committed to processing this workload, and will be making every effort to adjudicate your case in an expeditious fashion as soon as available our resource constraints." Now I know I should sent the I-765 120 days before the firs EAD expire... my bad! I called the USCIS to ask about my case today and the girl told me that CSC is behind and they are processing the cases from Apr/2011... Really?? but I saw a lot of people that sent or transferred after apr/2011 and they have the GC already!! how can they explain that?? Sorry.. just one more quiestion.. My friend told me that is not safe travel just with the AP.. my wife should go with me.... is that true? And I got 2 letters.. should I take both or just one?? thanks so much... I appreciate any help!!
