Hi All,

I need some help in regards to the visa interview. My wife who resides in US receievd letter from USCIS stating that she has an interview next week. This interview is prior to acceptance of I-130/NOA2. I have not seen any post which relates to interiew before NOA2. I live in Dubai and will not be attending the interview. Could someone please tell me what type of questions they will ask my wife and what documents should she take with her to the interview? . Can they refuse our I-130 petition? Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks

I had an Interview over the phone , Never got a Letter in the Mail. She Asked me When we Met, how Many times IVe flown to Thailand, and Asket who certain People were in photos. 10 Minute conversation resulting in approval

Thanks a lot for your response :). Do you think this interview is going to be a difficult one ?

There is no need to start a new thread to ask the same question a second time. In fact, it's quite rude. If you don't like the answers you're being given, I suggest you change your thinking or ask a different question.

Well I suppose I have a right to ask other people the same question so that I can understand the situation from other people's perspective. By no means I intended to be rude. In fact I thanked you for your help and thank you once again for your help. I really appreciate it

It's just that you don't yet understand how this forum works. Everybody here is and was free to respond to your question. Posting the question again in a new topic was not asking other people the same question. It was asking all the same people the same question. If you want more responses, simply ask for more responses within the original thread and you'll either get them or you won't.

Sometimes people refrain from expressing a further opinion when they see that you already have the information you need. Nobody can tell you what the questions will be or whether the interview will be difficult. This is BECAUSE the questions will depend on your case's specific circumstances as will the degree of difficulty your spouse experiences. The best she can do is be fully prepared. Since I already told you that, you might find many others thing you have the information you need, even if it isn't the information you want to hear. That happens a lot here.
