ok now we're really confused... here's our story

Dec. 21, 2007 my husband applied for K3/K4 visa

June 2008 we got approved NOA2

August 2008 interview need more docs and we decided not to proceed and my husband live with me in Philippines.

August 2012, we inquire if we can still process with our 2007 application but we got a reply that our case was terminted because of no action taken over a year from my interview so we decide to apply another one...

September 2012 we applied K3/K4 Visa

December 3, 2012 only I-130 approved not k3/k4(only me not my daughter)

February 12, 2013 My husband send another I-130 package for my daughter

February 20, 2013 we received an email (Below)

Application Type: I129F , PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)

Your Case Status: Post Decision Activity

On February 20, 2013, we shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department of State for visa processing. For more information, please contact them directly.

dec 2012- June 2013 waiting time for my child's IR2 to catch up! (6months) so we can go medical and interview together

2013-07-11: Medical Exam Day

2013-07-19: Medical Exam-Personal Evaluation (reason anxiety meds taken) cancelled my 18th interview

2013-07-30 morning: Interview Day- Passed but waiting for medical release

2013-07-30 afternoon: Medical Exam Day - Immunization

2013-08-02 Purchase Ticket

2013-08-05 https://ceac.state.gov/CEAC/ status : ISSUED

2013-08-07: Visa Received
2013-09-10: POE Dallas, Texas

IR 2 VISA PETITION
2013-02-11: I-130 Sent
2013-04-03: I-130 NOA2 APPROVED in 51 days from our NOA date

2013-06-07: Both IR1/IR2 case AOS/IV BILL shows Paid

2013-06-17: Schedule interview online

2013-06-19: USEM Case Received
2013-06-24: Received email from USEM Case Received
2013-07-11: Medical Exam Day-no tst need to go back on the ff day

2013-07-15: Medical Exam Day- tst result (-) immunization

2013-07-18: Interview Day

2013-xx-xx: Visa Received
2013-09-10: POE Dallas, Texas

(USCIS/NVC letters took an average of 50 calendar days to arrive in the Philippines so we don't rely on letters, thanks God for internet and VJ)

First question, why does it say Fiance petition?

Second question, have you called the consulate or a Tier 2 USCIS person to find out what's going on?

I am thinking it's not your old K3 that got approved, but your new I-129F you sent in 2012- it will likely be closed at NVC stage as the I-130 was approved first.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

thanx for the reply, our 2012 k3/k4 application was denied last dece. 2012, the is reason: not necessary since i-130 was already approved.

the email we received today has a case number of our 2007 application...

Can we call direct to USCIS from the Philippines? worried too how much it will cost us!

I pay about $5/month for my Skype phone number that allows me to call USCIS and appear to have a US number.

3/2/18  E-filed N-400 under 5 year rule

3/26/18 Biometrics

7/2019-12/2019 (Yes, 16- 21 months) Estimated time to interview MSP office.
