Hi...We have had our I-129F sent back due to mistake/missing "Classification sought" Someone pointed out to me that at the bottom of the G-325A you must check off what you are applying for....We put OTHER- K1 Visa. Should we have put OTHER I-129F? Could this be the mistake that sent our petition back 2X in 2 wks? We figured K1 is the classification because I-129F is a petition....Any ideas out there?

We put OTHER - K1 Visa as well, and we were fine

We put I-129F/K1 without any problem. Writing K1 implies an I-129F in my opinion.

To be specific, you should put Other-I-129F

When did they send that to you? After you received NOA1 or before that? After I sent the petition, I found the mistake on this form.

We put in "Other: K1 Petition", and we did not have any problems.
