Would I need to provide the same tax "return" transcripts as I filed for the Fiance Visa? I know there are two forms of these that can be requested. Just want to make sure I order the correct ones. I looked @ the guide and is not specific. Can someone clarify please? Thanks

Also when filling out forms with your name( since I am the petitioner and will be changing my last name), what is the proper way to fill in? My first name, maiden name, last name? We will be getting married and then immediately filing, so my last name will be different.

Thanks

PHOTOCOPIES OF THIS YEARS TAX RETURN IF YOU HAVE IT, PREVIOUS TAX YEARS ARE OPTIONAL.WE ARE SENDING IN THIS YR TAX RETURN AND W-2'S FOR PREVIOUS YRS. I ASSUME THAT ANY PREVIOUS TAX YRS ARE THE SAME AS WHAT YOU SENT FOR K-1. SINCE THE K-1 IS A 'FIANCE' VISA THEY KNOW THAT THERE IS A MARRIAGE GONNA TAKE PLACE AND, A MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE IS A LEGAL NAME CHANGE,SOMEONE WILL HAVE A DIFFERENT NAME.USCIS KNOWS THIS. THEREFORE I SUGGEST USING YOUR MARRIED NAME BECAUSE IT IS ALSO REQUIRED TO SEND IN A COPY OF THAT VERY SAME DOCUMENT (THE MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE

Yes, tax return transcripts from the IRS. If you will be changing your name after you are married, then use your married name on the forms. The copy of your certified marriage certificate will act as your legal name change document. You do not need to change your name on anything else before filing for AOS. After you file you can get around to changing your SSN, drivers license, bank accounts, etc.
