DS-230 Question

Hi Friends,

So I am filling out DS-230, signed by my wife. In question 30, it is asked to list all places lived since the age of 16. I wrote "XX-19XX (My wife's B-day)-Present" since my wife has lived in the same city since birth. Is this ok? Or do I have to actually calculate the date she turned 16 and write that date? I only have this signed form and don't want to use site-out or scratch anything on the form.

If she lived in only one place since she was born then you can put her birth date till present. You don't have to calculate when she was 16 years old and use that date.

When my agency filed for me (Employment category 7years ago) . I listed from my date or birth till "present" cos we lived in the same house (my father's) all those years and it was no problem with my case.

I hear some say calculate from when turned 16. so either one is fine. leave it as is.

Yup, I concur, the official can figure out that if she never left, and she's older than 16, then she lived there since she was 16, lol.
