Hello Please i do have Question and i hope ill find a good answer to my situation in 2008 i was married and my wife she is american from Texas and she did filed for me I_130 and after that she passt way in jun 2009 i got approved but i cancel it anyway this is life i did try to move on after while and also i meet my ex girl friend she was from usa and she filed for me an application I129f but also i cancel it because we didnt get along this is was in 2010 here it gose my question i'm married againe my wife she is pregannt and she send our application I130 it has been over 90 days now at nbc so when i have my interview date is that gona be any problem like denied my visa cuse i was married before to american thank you

Yikes! Well there is a good chance the embassy is going to think you're trying too hard to just get into the United States. Heck, I would and do. Does your current wife know you've tried to get here so many times?

You may have a problem because you have had 3 petitions filed under your name. We realize you never set foot on American soil, but you have attempted to obtain permissions to apply for a visa. This may not at all be the real situation, but they may think that it's too much of a coincidence that your partners have all been American. So, be prepared for questioning.
