Hi February friends! I thought I would share my dream from last night with you guys because only I-130 filers would understand this...

So last night I dreamed that I got an email from USCIS that my I-130 had been transferred from NBC to Nigeria...why Nigeria? I have no idea!!! When I called them to yell at them, they told me that I would have to make an InfoPass appointment in Nigeria to get my I-130 back. So I flew by myself all the way to Nigeria to do this, and got attacked by crazy people on my way to the office... and then I woke up.

I can't believe I'm starting to have crazy dreams about this process!! Hope that gave you a smile for the morning

LOL

At least you didn't get an e-mail from a Nigerian prince who has millions in the bank and he needs your help.

It's been a month since I received my form I-797C.

You should be in the March filer thread, but it depends more on where your husband lives at this point.

Any February filers call the USCIS to see if there case has been transferred to a local office yet?

Generally it takes around a month since NOA1 to transfer a case to a local office correct? This is assuming the case gets transferred and doesn't stay and get processed at NBC

I also just called and they said the san bernadino service center is working on cases from august so its gonna be about 6 months.

Check your noa1 if they spelled your wifes name correctly cause they misspeld my wifes first name on there.. and i called them about it and they said there going to check on that and send me a paper saying its corrected.. its almost been a month now and i didnt recieve squat

Mine not available online yet. But I keep checking. Hopefully soon. But i will give them some time, its only been a couple of days. I think my applicaiton will get routed to the chula vista office or the san diego office. Both are relatively near to me. Good luck to us man. Hope our applicaitons get approved in less than 6 months. 6 months is quite a long time.

I can't believe I'm starting to have crazy dreams about this process!!

I get these hallucinations when I take a Melatonin or an Alprazolam tablet before I go to bed. In one of my dreams, Hillary Clinton was the Visa officer interviewing my wife for her CR-1 visa.
