Well until you get the letter in mail its hard to say. Let's find out some things

1. What evidence of bonafide marriage did u send in?

2. Are you asking us about text messages and what to submit? Did you submit a log of text messages. If not that helps than select one or two per month throughout the course of ur relationship. Before marriage, during and ongoing.

This is a good time to add whatever else evidence you may have forgotten.

But you need to wait for that letter.

evidence of relationship photos letters .....good news my wife perepared every thing and tomorrow will send them ...whats next..and how long i have to wait more ...i dont know if im close or soo far ?

They will review what you sent in and assuming all is good will approve the I-130. There is no guarantee on time frame, but good news is they are working on it! I got an RFE for my birth certificate not being legible enough. They approved our case about a week and a half after I sent in what they requested... so the long waiting is nearing an end... youhave the light at the end of your tunnel! :star:

They will review what you sent in and assuming all is good will approve the I-130. There is no guarantee on time frame, but good news is they are working on it! we got letter and today my wife will send them all evidence textes photos and skype yahoo facebook chat history and letter she wrote for them discribe how we've met...but my question is how long that take to i receive another notice from them ?

Did they request evidence of bona fide relationship and now you want to submit text messages as evidence?

That's what I'm interpreting.

We don't know. However long it takes them to process the information she's sent them. But on the good side, they're working on your case. :)
