Hello Visa Journeys!

My husband and I are now going through the AOS stage and his visa expired 1/06/12 and we didn't have the money to file until now! :( Anyways, now that we do do we have to use the same sponsor as we did for the i34? My mom did it, but she is saying the i864 is a legal bonding document and she hates the government....uggghhh she is nuts lol! anyways, i don't kno what to do and although i'm working it's far from being enough to fill it out for myself since i was a full time student last year. I don't kno what to do and if i have to use her and how it's different from the i34 she already did. I'm worried because he is waiting for that paper to work and unless it's filed we can't do a thing. HELP plsease...any suggestions would be wonderful! thank you all!

Well, you'll need to qualify on your own or get a co-sponsor. There isn't really any way around it.

I think this might be why Italy stopped accepting co-sponsors for K1s.
