My husband wants to bring his sister and her two children, who are both over 21, to live in the US.

I have been reviewing the guides but I can't find any information on niece and nephew over 21.

Any suggestions on where I can look for this info, or anyone know how to go about it?

Thanks

His sister is considered immediate family but her children are not. He can apply for her. Once she arrives and becomes eligible to petition for them she can do so. Be aware the wait times can be very very long.

For your husband to petition a sibling will take 10 years. Then the sibling can petition adult unmarried children over 21 but the kids must stay unmarried until the mother can become a USC ( 5 more years ) The children would be here in about 20 years.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
