Hi everyone...how's everybody here...please I want to ask for ur opinion about my petition....

My K-1 visa was denied last year may 23 2012 and the entire petition expires June 5.....

However I went n got married to my husband on Sept 20 2012....

My concern now is that was it too early for us to have filed or not.....

No! It is never too early for you to file to have your spouse move together with you. I encourage you to address all the findings of the CO while denying your k1 in your new petition. All will be well with you!

Be sure to write a letter to cancel the K1 and have at the top of your I-130 petition. Just to tie up loose ends. But like onye uwaoma says make sure you address all that was the issue of the denial if you know.

No, I don't think it was too soon to file the I-130, at all.

I do suggest that you submit a pile of bonafide relationship evidence into NVC with the DS-230/IV submittal.

No its not too early to file, i was denied a K1 and got married immediately and started all over again and am with my hubby now
