I don’t have my birth certificate and don’t want to wait for a new one. Is it just as good to send a copy of all pages of my passport like the instructions say? I'm wondering if anyone has had problems because of no birth certificate?

Thanks

Just as good. Just as the instructions say. No one has had a problem without a birth certificate as long as they sent a copy of all pages of the passport. The ONLY purpose of these documents is to show that you are a citizen, either works.

Thank you!

PS...Does it have to be color or is black prefered?

Either. So long as it is clear and legible, does not matter.

Don't forget to copy the front and pack cover too. I might be wrong but I think I read that somewhere.

Not necessary. I copied my passport pages starting from the inside front cover, all the way to the inside back cover. I never copied the outside of it.
