Hellow everyone, my fiance( US citizen) has filled Affidavit of Support for me, does he has to send his salary slips and tax returns? or do I have to submit my salary slips and my tax returns?

He would submit his.

Feb. 23, 2013 - Visa received
March 31, 2013 - POE
April 12, 2013 - Wedding! (41213 prime!)

May 02, 2013 - Sent off AOS, EAD, AP package

May 04, 2013 - Package arrived at Chicago lockbox

May 22, 2013 - Early walk in Biometrics, Alexandria VA

June 03, 2013 - RFE for AOS

June 17, 2013 - RFE response received

July 05, 2013 - EAD and AP approved

July 10, 2013 - EAD card production

Unfornately our income does not matter as the USC is on the hook to support until you are here and working for 40 quarters. It is real clear what is required, and you might assist him by reading the guides and WIKI on this. Good Luck, thanks for your time line.

You need tax returns with W2's or tax transcripts, pay stubs and a letter from employer.

Correcton to my comment "our" should by your. USC and cosponsors are supporting in the government eyes. Good Luck
