Any French is applying for a K3 Visa? I am currently under process at the NVC and want to know how long it takes.

Tanks

K-3 visa is dead. You filed for an IR-1/CR-1 visa when you filed the I-130. The I-129F will be closed at NVC if it arrived at the same time, which 99% of the time it does these days.

I suggest you look at the link below and prepare yourself for the NVC steps:

ETA: Looking at your time line it looks like you never filed I-129F, so you never filed for K-3. Also you have been married a short time, so it looks like when your spouse enters the U.S. it will be less then 2 years. You are on the path towards a CR-1 visa. Follow the steps in the link I posted above. From your time line it looks like your case is already NVC, so get moving!! Good luck!

Hi thanks your your message,

I don't know about the visa my husband said it's K3 so I just repeated.

Thanks for the link it's very useful, I already submit my agent paper, and I asked my husband to fill up the form for support. Hopefully it will go quick.

Kind Regards

It's a common misconception that since, K1 is the fiancee visa, that K3 is THE spouse visa. For a few years, it was the most popular spouse visa, but not anymore. You're following the correct currently available path now. If you've been married more than two years when the visa is issued it will be IR1. Otherwise, it will be CR1.

At the NVC stage, where you are now, how quickly it goes depends entirely on you. Check out the NVC shortcuts in the wiki and follow them religiously.
