Blue Ink

I read that some will sign in blue ink so they can tell its original. Do you recomend to do this? I wonder if anyone has got an RFE because of blue ink?

Have not heard about an RFE for signatures in black ink, however; most attorneys have you sign documents in blue ink because back in the day of black and white copiers it was easier to tell if the document was a copy or the original. Now days with good color laser printers, I dare you to tell the different between a copy and the original.

Have not heard of anyone getting an RFE for blue ink. We used blue with no problems. If you want to make sure they can tell the signatures are original and not copies, then place the paper on something softer like a magazine or catalog when signing. This should cause small indentations to show in the paper where pressure was applied during signing.
