A# and Name on each page of evidence?

No. They refer only to when you have to attach additional pages to answer a question. For example the G-325A I have residence and employment attachments so my A number is on those pages so that they know those pages relate to me.

HI All,

it says on top of the I751 instructions to write your A# and Name for additional papers used to complete an answer. Do I need to put my A# and Name on top of the extra pieces of evidence as well? On top of the bank statements, photo documents, etc?

I'm planning on printing out small labels with my husband's alien # and adding them to my evidence pages. You never know when they could misplace something.
